Loving People Who Are Hard to Love

It's easy to love people who love us back. Jesus calls his followers to something bigger: to love even the difficult, the unfair, and the unkind.

He roots it in the character of God, who sends sun and rain on everyone alike.

This is what it looks like, in his words, to be “children of your Father in heaven.”
